- Create an 'Online Membership Drive' page under the Chapter tab for your current members with instructions regarding the drive so they know the timeline and understand their responsibilities.
- Do not click the 'Account Activation Upon Completion of the Membership Drive' step until the board has approved the Membership Committee's recommendation and the applicants have formally accepted the invitation to join the Chapter. Once clicked the applicant will have a status of Pending Patroness added to her account and she cannot be moved back into the Intake Manager.
- The last step in the online membership drive is for the VP Membership to 'Activate' the Ticktocker's account via the 'Daughter Intake Status' section in the Pending profile.
- At the end of the year the VP Membership must provide a list to the VP Communication of all statuses that need to be updated so she can make those changes during her annual transition
