The Online Membership Drive allows you to easily manage the process of recruiting and accepting potential applicants to your Chapter. The user guide covers the online membership drive from prep and setup to managing and ending your drive.
The Entry Point Manager & Intake Manager features can be found in Admin > Member Management.
Entry Point Manager
This tool has the actual url links to the applications.
Please reference the section 4.1 New Member Policy of the P&Ps for details on when application links can be shared to Prospective Patronesses or Legacy Ticktockers.
Intake Manager
This tool contains the actual applications submitted by prospective members.
NOTE: Do not approve applications until the end of the membership drive. Approval occurs after April 1 and after the applicant has accepted the invitation to join your chapter. After approval, the prospective members' status changes to Pending which grants them full access to your chapter website and chapter emails.
