distribution, frequency, and content for chapter communications. Ensure all internal and external communications and marketing efforts are in compliance with NCL, Inc. brand governance standards.

NCL, Inc has made the decision to no longer integrate with Mailchimp. Chapters can continue to use Mailchimp or any other newsletter tool, however, emails will no longer be integrated from our NCL member website to Mailchimp. Chapters can create newsletters in any third party tool of their choice and can email a link to the newsletter from the member website, or post a link to the newsletter on the homepage. If chapters choose to continue to send emails from Mailchimp, the email addresses of your members must be maintained in Mailchimp. Emails can be exported from our website and imported into Mailchimp. Emails can be exported by going to the Member Directory and using Export to Query Tool, send the data to Excel. Mailchimp has information on how to import the data into MailChimp.
