The Form Builder feature can be found in Admin > Member Management.
The Form Builder tool allows your Chapter to manage your Chapter's forms and view form submissions. NCL, Inc. provides a number of global forms, including the annual membership forms. Your Chapter also has the ability to create local forms specific to your chapter.
