Chapters may now begin the annual transition tasks to prepare the member website for the 2026-2027 year.
Each year, NCL, Inc and local chapters must perform various tasks on the website to transition from the end of one chapter year to the beginning of the next chapter year. The chapter year runs from June 1 to May 31 of the following year. In preparation for the next year, steps must be taken to transition graduating members out of the chapter, bring new members into the chapter and ensure that current members have the correct status, positions, forms and requirements.
Certain tasks are completed by NCL, Inc. and other tasks must be completed by the VP Communications at the local chapter. Use the guides below to help with all of the website transition tasks.
